Much attention and detail has been given to the design of the rooms, with rustic furniture and paintings in the typical Venetian style creating a cosy atmosphere. The bathrooms are marble and have a bath or shower with color light therapy. For more cosiness, the in-house lobby bar and coffee shop, decorated with Murano artworks, are inviting places to relax. In addition, the hotel offers a 150 square metre graceful garden, home to many flowers and decorated with parasols and comfortable sofas. There is also a 16th-Century, typical Venetian fountain with parapet.

The Palazzetto Madonna is located in San Polo, Venice’s smallest district, in the southwest area of the famous Grand Canal. The rooms offer a wonderful view of the Old Town, the idyllic garden or the canal. Near the hotel is the jetty San Toma, one of the water bus stops. A dock for water taxis is also just outside of the hotel entrance. The hotel is eight kilometres from the Marco Polo Airport. The two main shopping streets, Via XXII Marzo and Mercerie, as well as many other attractions are within walking distance. These include St. Mark’s Basilica, the Palazzo Grassi and the Squero di San Trovaso, a gondola shipyard from the early 17th Century.
