The Mirador de Dalt Vila
"Dalt Vila" is the name of the old town and roughly translates as "the high city". The historic district is situated on a hill surrounded by a fortress wall. From some (but not all) of the rooms at the Mirador de Dalt Vila guests can enjoy fantastic views over the city, the harbor and the sea. Its location is ideal for exploring the World Heritage district on foot. But enough about the outside, as there’s plenty to say about the inside too - its characterful interior design skillfully combines an exclusive feel with the laid-back Mediterranean lifestyle. The luxurious feel continues in the small hotel restaurant, where head chef Juan José Ribas presents creative Mediterranean Sea cuisine. A wine bar and chic cocktail bar are attached to the restaurant.
