The Sa Vinya d’en Palerm is a wonderful, historic agrotourism in the north of Ibiza. It’s part of country estate where you can still find animals and small-scale farming. The perfect place to relax and be completely at one with nature!

Wine, olives and a wide range of vegetables are grown on the hotel land, which belonged to the same family for generations. In summer, a range of delicious melons and all kinds of fruit are on offer. The grounds also include a forest which is over 10km² in size. For guests visiting in winter, they can take a trip to pick some of Ibiza’s favourite wild ‘pabrassos’ mushrooms. As you would expect, the food on offer day and night is traditional, top-quality and healthy.

Aesthetically, the most striking features are the Ibizan porch with wooden beams and the walls made of natural stone, which ensure the hotel is cool inside during warm weather.
