      Directly above the historic city center of the picturesque coastal village of Pisciotta sits Marulivo - a masterfully restored monastery transformed into a hotel with a meditative aura. In an intimate atmosphere, owners Lea and Massimo care for the guests of their hotel’s eleven rooms with charm and affection. They serve their guests, among other things, a typical Italian breakfast and a choice selection of cocktails by sunset. For dinner, there are excellent restaurants in the surrounding old city that offer local fish. The entirety of Cilento National Park and Vallo di Diano can be explored with ease, as well as the temple of Paestum and the Pertosa Grotto.
