The Tullio hotel is located on a large piece of land by the lake in Gravedora on the upper eastern bank of the Lago di Como. Its garden, in which an ultramodern swimming pool awaits you, reaches right down to the water’s edge, from where you can enjoy wonderful walks around the lake. The hotel itself comprises of 21 guest rooms, each decorated in a wonderfully simple style and furnished with every modern comfort. Several of the rooms have a terrace or balcony and around a half enjoy a delightful view of the lake. The rooms fall into four categories, including those for families with two children. Alongside the stylish modern design in various colour themes, the up to the minute fittings in the rooms will delight: from a 32 inch flatscreen TV, to Wi-Fi available all over the hotel, to rainfall showers and big fluffy towels in the bathroom.

Hotel on the Lake: fabulous views of the lake, near to the beach

Take a few steps from the pool across a well-kept lawn and you are standing on the banks of the Lago di Como. Less than 100m away is the Serenella beach. The beach has lovely clean sand, a shallow slope leading into the water and offers a beautiful view over the southern part of the lake.

Quiet Hotel: peaceful location and tranquil atmosphere

With its location in the middle of a huge garden on the edge of the lake, the Tullio Hotel is guaranteed to offer peace and relaxation at all times of the year. The adjacent path around the lake is not accessible to motor vehicles, so you won’t be disrupted by traffic. The directly surrounding area is largely undeveloped. And even in the hotel itself, you can enjoy freedom and relaxation due to the small number of rooms and the generous proportions of the hotel. The guest rooms are additionally soundproofed to the highest modern standards.

Food and Drink: breakfast in the morning sunshine

The Tullio Hotel is a Bed & Breakfast. From 8am, there is a buffet with a delicious continental breakfast and several Italian specialities. When the weather is nice, breakfast is taken on the terrace around the pool. Gorgeous! The Tullio doesn’t have its own hotel restaurant, but there is a good range of small restaurants all with their own brand of regional charm nearby. The hotel team, who speak both English and German, can help you further plan your evening with recommendations and reservations.

Leisure and Sport: chic pool terrace, tennis and sailing

The highlight of the Tullio Hotel is the large terrace around the pool in the garden with a view over the lake. The pool itself is 18m by 10m large and sun loungers and umbrellas are available on the terrace. For those who like to be a little more active on holiday, both the local tennis club and the sailing centre in Gravedona are only around 5 minutes away on foot! The hotel also has bicycles for hire.

The hotel enjoys a sunny location in a completely traffic-free area directly on the edge of the lake. The neighbourhood only has one or two small hotels and holiday homes. The centre of Gravedona is around 1km away and easily reached on foot. Parking spaces are available at no extra cost.
