The hotel owners, Carolina and Aurélien, are from France and Italy and have traveled extensively themselves. They found their current home away from home, Salento, to be the perfect place to live and want to share it with others. They have tried to preserve the historic palace as much as possible and have created a place where guests feel welcome. A great little hotel as a retreat in a small Italian town—wonderful!
