The route from the hotel into the centre is steep and taxis do not like to drive it because of the narrow, inclining cobblestone streets. Therefore, the hotel is not necessarily suitable for guests who are not able to walk well.

About a 15-minute walk from the hotel is the Ibiza city centre which boasts a famous cathedral, bars, restaurants and shops. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the Balearic Islands are just a 15-minute drive away.

The Hotel La Torre del Canónigo is housed in a 14th century tower which is part of the original Roman acropolis. Now designated as an UNESCO World Heritage Site, the hotel´s hilltop location offers its guests unforgettable views over the Old Town and the sea. Access to the hotel is via a narrow historic street, which is only accessible to hotel guests and residents. Therefore, the area surrounding the property is very quiet, yet many attractions and the Old Town are within just a short walking distance.
