So many little details, such a beautiful design and such a lovely house: Anyone who arrives here immediately feels at home. But it is the roof terrace that catches the eye. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view of the mountains, the church tower and the lush green meadows.

Historic townhouse with old parlours and bright modern design, the house with its twelve unique rooms has been lovingly modernised and redesigned, stylish oak flooring, straight lines and Italian designer furniture add that certain something, combined with high quality Jacquard linen, many rooms have their own balcony, loggia or bay window, the design was created by the owners in collaboration with the sustainable Milanese design studio Plinio il Giovane.
Historic Hotel
Built around 1400 in the heart of the historic centre of Vipiteno, just a stone's throw from the 15th-century Twelve Apostles Tower, the house is full of character and perfectly combines its historic façade with the modern design of the interior, without losing any of its historic charm.
