The hotel is also a home to “Sa Clastra”, the elegant gourmet restaurant led by talented young mallorcan chef, Jordi Cantó. With his exciting approach to gastronomy, Jordi has created a whole new dining experience by using the best producers & suppliers in order to bring the culinary heritage of the wider island community a little bit closer. The a la carte restaurant “Olivera” is where guests enjoy typical Mediterranean cuisine on a tranquil terrace with beautiful views over the entire valley.
Thanks to the in-house bakery, there is also a wide range of delicious breads and sophisticated desserts that round off the dining options. Be it for afternoon tea or a sundowner, the Castell bar set in the former chapel building boasts a relaxed ambiance and a lengthy wine list including international varieties.
Leisure & sports: Spa pampering, tennis and hiking
The onsite spa (Spa Bellesa) features a Moorish hammam, tepidarium, sauna and an indoor pool with atmospheric lighting. In addition, there is a range of wellness treatments and massages on offer, which, on request, will be provided out in the garden with singing birds and the natural perfumes enhancing the experience. To get the blood pumping there’s a private jogging track, tennis court and plenty of hiking trails that will take you through the surrounding nature reserve.

One of the great advantages of the Castell Son Claret is its secluded location on the southern edge of the Serra Tramuntana mountain range. Nestled into the stunning flora and fauna of this Balearic island, you won’t see any of the tourist crowds here. The capital Palma is about 25 minutes away, the beach at Palma Nova is a 15-minute drive away. Even the idyllic village of Es Capdella and the popular harbor at Puerto Portals can be reached in under 10 minutes by car.
