There are 2 restaurants and 8 bars within the precincts of the historic fortress. Among these, the Sansovino Restaurant is particularly worth mentioning. Antique stuccoworks and valuable furniture give it a special charm. Look forward to get served an exquisite gourmet cuisine in a remarkable atmosphere. Private banquets and business dinners can also be arranged. The 8 bars recreate the atmospheres of different ages. In many historical sites within the castle the visitor can find bars and ice cream parlours and experience the atmosphere of the corresponding historical age.
The Cooking Course Hotel
Castelbrando works together with Arte Culinaria, a cooking school which is located near the hotel. Cooking lessons take place in a beautiful kitchen that has wonderful views of the castle. Cooking classes last around 3 hours. Antonella, the cooking course teacher is passionate about food. The meals prepared during the cooking lessons are then eaten afterwards in the beautiful surroundings. Local wine will make the cooking course complete.
