The family restored this Mallorcan Finca from the 13th century and created as a very personal boutique hotel. Its 20 spacious rooms, in which wooden ceiling beams and exposed stone elements exude rustic flair, provide an atmosphere of well-being featuring a small spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool surrounded by mature trees. A hearty breakfast on the terrace overlooking the garden is an ideal start to a relaxing day. The hotel is secluded in the Mallorcan countryside, but central enough to the next villages such as Santanyí and Felanitx and many picturesque beaches.
Boutique Hotel: 20 individually-designed bedrooms, mixture of rustic and modern elements
Each of the 20 air-conditioned rooms is unique and features the Sa Galera characteristic rustic modern style spread across the ground floor and the first floor. Also, the Villa Sa Paissa set amongst the property, is a spacious house with 2 bedrooms and kitchen, available for guests to rent. All rooms have either a balcony, a terrace or a garden and are equipped with satellite TV and minibar. Separate bath, bathrobe, hair dryer and magnifying mirror are included.
Romantic Hotel: Lots of peace and privacy, large grounds with trees
Hotel Sa Galera is ideal for couples seeking tranquillity; situated away from the tourist hot spots, there is plenty of privacy guaranteed. In the midst of the estate of this large plot is an outdoor swimming pool with sun beds surrounded by ancient trees. The Mallorcan nature invites guests to take walks, hikes or bicycle tours. By car reach dreamy bays in the blink of an eye, which are never crowded—even in the high season.
Historic Hotel: Manor house from the 13th century, heirlooms in possession of the family for generations
There are many traditional heirlooms that have been in the possession of the Bonet family since the 19th century. For the opening of the hotel it was lovingly restored, but for the owners it was important that they preserved the typical atmosphere of the manor as it was in the 13th century. As such, the rooms have partially exposed stone walls. By the way, its name Sa Galera comes from one of 7 decrees by which King James I originally divided the Kingdom of Mallorca.

The breakfast buffet is served with attentive service in fine weather on the terrace, on or on cold days in the dining room. In the hotel’s restaurant guests can dine à la carte. Here, specialities of Mediterranean cuisine are accompanied by fine wines from the wine cellar.

Due to the fantastically quiet and secluded location of hotel, you quickly forget everyday worries. For even more relaxation try a visit to the hotel’s small but perfectly-formed spa with sauna, relaxing massages and cosmetic as well as Ayurvedic treatments, using only natural products. In the spacious garden, guests can swim in the outdoor pool or relax in the jacuzzi. In the surroundings you will find many beautiful trails for hiking and for cycling, and the hotel’s rental service will find each guest an appropriate bicycle. By car, guests can reach various beaches of the island in around 15 to 30 minutes drive. In addition, a quarter of an hour away a riding school can be found. From Son Bonet, you can start a helicopter flight over the Mallorcan countryside. To reach the Vall d’Or 18-hole golf course simply drive around 8 km. The Sa Galera staff are more than happy to provide tips to all the nearby leisure facilities.

The city of Santanyí with shopping and nightlife is around 7 km away and the Palma de Mallorca airport lies about 45 km away.
