In Pollença, just a few kilometers from the north coast of Mallorca, is the Son Brull Hotel & Spa. This small, stylish luxury hotel was once a monastery. Behind its thick stone walls, you’ll be surprised by today’s sleek interior design that uses mainly traditional materials such as wood, raffia, linen and ceramics. As well as a small, exclusive spa, this wellness hotel also has an excellent restaurant with its own olive oil press. Called "365", it has a contemporary feel with heavy wood furniture, stone arches and Mediterranean-style white plastered walls. The U-bar offers a club atmosphere and a laid-back outdoor pool is surrounded by a huge wooden deck with sun loungers.
