The vineyard, the proud legacy of one of South Tyrol’s oldest winemaking families, has been in operation since 1363 and has witnessed over 600 years of wine and agricultural history, guided by a tradition of striving for quality. Florian and Judith carry on this legacy by offering visitors a glimpse into their wine production; with a variety of grape varieties and gentle, natural cultivation methods, they produce approximately 40,000 bottles of wine annually on about 5 hectares of family-owned vineyards, The quality of their wines is rooted in the vineyards, which are cultivated on the finest terroirs and through careful yield management, and spans various regions of South Tyrol
