The spa features a panoramic pool at 32 degrees Celsius and an attraction pool. In the manifold saunas, there are classic saunas and steam baths as well as exotics like in-ground sauna, Chinese herbal sauna, Himalayan salt sauna, energy-natural sauna and a Chinese hell with almost 95 degrees Celsius. During the week, it is possible to choose between a Standard Overnight Stay, which includes a generous breakfast buffet, and the Beauty & Wellness Package. As well as the basic service, this includes a three-course evening meal, an individual pampering face treatment and partial body massage, specially designed to target problem areas in the upper back, shoulder and neck muscles. The same service is offered on the weekends, but with a welcoming glass of wine instead of a facial.
Food and Drink: healthy cuisine for fine food lovers
Breakfast is served in generous buffet-style, following the ‘5 Element’ diet recommended in Traditional Chinese Medicine. At midday a buffet lunch is served, with six courses of cold and warm dishes, or guests can choose from a small menu of light bites. Everything is prepared fresh and without preservatives or artificial flavourings. In the evenings a choice of five different menus is provided, including a Gourmet option, a ‘5 Element’ Menu and a ‘Bio’ Menu. Guests can eat in the fireside dining room or in the conservatory. For a less formal atmosphere, the Summer Lounge and Wellness Bistro also feature dining areas where guests can recline in their dressing gowns.
