The Domaine Riberach Hotel is located on the former grounds of a wine cooperative, with some of the buildings dating back to the 20s and 30s, this unique hotel and its 18 rooms came to exist following an elaborate renovation; the hotel is housed in a long, narrow building within a castle complex, the architectural highlight is the hall, the rooms are characterized by elegant, slate floors, colored walls, exotic furniture, and often come equipped with a balcony or terrace
Vineyard Hotel
Even today, the vineyard produces their own wine, which guests can sample in the restaurant or purchase in the shop, which also sells regional products such as local olive oil; wine lovers can treat themselves to a wine-themed stay, including, for example, wine tastings and wine-cellar tours
Gourmet hotel
“La Cooperative” prepares a regional, gourmet cuisine in a Mediterranean style; the chef describes his philosophy as a departure from tradition in order to break new ground, the menus are paired perfectly with his own wines as well as exquisite selections from other boutique wineries
Spa Hotel
The small wellness area, “Mediterranean Spa,” is thematically arranged in five connected wine barrels, in which guests will find saunas, a hammam, and more; massages and beauty treatments are also available for booking, in the garden there is a large natural swimming pond, a terrace, and a beautiful garden filled with pretty flowers and trees
