The 10 rooms, 8 junior suites, 4 suites and 4 apartments of the luxury La Bastide de St. Tropez hotel are located within a typical St. Tropez mansion and 4 traditional "Mas", which are grouped around the spacious outdoor swimming pool. They boast an elegant, traditional Provencal design, combined with high-end amenities and modern comfort. The light, exquisite fabrics, patterned designs and fine wood furniture give the rooms a romantic feel and exclusive design. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, minibar, safe and up to the minute entertainment; flat-screen TV with satellite channels, radio, video and DVD player and free Wi-Fi are available in all of the rooms. Two fine dining restaurants await guests at La Bastide de St Tropez; gourmet restaurant L’Olivier Executive Chef Sintes Nicolas—awarded 2 Gault Millau in 2013—serves exquisite Italian-Mediterranean cuisine. The Bistro de la Bastide, however, offers typical, rustic dishes such as homemade pâtés, fish and meat dishes. Wine tastings are offered for those guests who are interested.

The extensive breakfast menu at La Bastide de St. Tropez can be enjoyed in the restaurant or brought to the room on request. Lunch is served between 12pm and 2 pm and dinner from 7pm until 10pm in the gourmet restaurant L’Olivier. Executive Chef Sintes Nicolas prepares fine Mediterranean cuisine. Lunch in the exotic garden amongst the olive trees or on the pool terrace is served from May until September. Dinner can also be taken in the romantic winter garden with chandeliers. Alternatively, the Bistro de la Bastide offers typical regional cuisine served in an elegant atmosphere. During the day, the pool bar tempts bathers with exclusive cocktails.

The private fitness room is available for a workout with modern equipment, after which a massage provides the perfect end to a busy day. Chauffeurs drive guests to the golden beaches of Pampelonne, or to the centre of St Tropez with the hotel’s own private shuttle service. The small provincial town with narrow streets seduces visitors into browsing the many boutiques and artisan shops that enchant along with the picturesque harbour.
