A picturesque backdrop opens up to guests arriving through the narrow, cypress-lined gravel roads of the Tuscan hills to this pristine vineyard near the sleepy village of Vagliagli. Surrounded by its own vineyards and olive groves, four 4 rooms and 10 apartments are housed within four historic buildings. Relax with a good book in the shade of the ancient trees, freshen up in the pool on a warm summer day savor the winery experience to the fullest in fall.
Winery: Between olive trees and grape vines
Located in the famous Chianti Classico region you can spend your holidays on this fabulous country estate. The Chianti Classico Fattoria di Corsignano wine is produced respecting the typical traditions of the area. For its production, only native grape vines like Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino are grown. It is the knowledge of the old vineyard workers and at the same time the improving new technologies which create the product. It is a quality wine thorough all of its details. All of the procedures are done scrupulously and by hand. The shrewd choice of the best grapes and accurate enological decisions give birth to a subtle and refined wine. In addition to specializing in fine wine, gnarled olive trees are growing on 2 hectares of land, on which there are enough olives for the production of its own extra virgin olive oil.

Fattoria di Corsignano allows enjoying La Dolce Vita to the fullest. Especially for couples, the calm and romantic atmosphere is an attraction; the beautiful view and the rural scenery are just gorgeous!
Historic: Old buildings with unique charm
In these 4 homesteads surrounded by lush vines, the country life can be enjoyed to the fullest. The 4 rooms and 9 apartments are nostalgically decorated. All the accommodations have been individually designed preserving the original Tuscan style: terracotta floors, wood beamed ceilings and stonewalls that are colored sage, blush, saffron, sky blue and ochre yellow. The furnishing is refined and accurate. The apartments and suites have been filled with thousands of family memories; trunks, kneading-troughs, antique glass cases, and other pieces of antique furniture which little by little have been discovered in the local markets and have been restored by the wise touch of Tuscan hand crafters.

Corsignano is the ideal location for who love experiencing the agricultural activity on the winery, biking, motorcycling, horseback riding or walking holiday discovering Tuscany or simply relaxing under the fragrant pines. You will be fascinated by the rows of vines on the sweet hills and the fantastic view of the famous city of Siena. A huge century pine-tree frames the unforgettable panoramic scenery, and all around the fragrances of rosemary, sage and lavender come up to your nose to make you dream.
Food: Homemade marmalade and cooking courses
A rooster’s morning song can wake you up and a typical Tuscan breakfast waits for you.. There are homemade pastries and home-cooked marmalade and all the other products are from the region of the surrounding farms. When tasting the house wines and olive oil other culinary delights of Tuscany are presented. Once a week there is also the opportunity to attend a dinner. A pleasant guided tour of our winery brings you into the fascinating word of the prestigious wines and their careful method of production. The staff will accompany you to the wine cellar and will introduce every wine showing its characteristics and methods of production. The cooking classes are an occasion to discover the wonderful Tuscan cuisine, in a fun and original way. Elena, Mario and Christina will be your guides for the day in the kitchen and in the wine cellar. Each moment shared with the participants and they become the center of each activity, in a friendly, happy and cordial atmosphere.

It’s only a few kilometers away from the city of Siena, which is known for its Gothic architecture. You can also explore the rural Tuscan character of a storybook and you can still reach interesting places around Perugia, Montepulciano, Assisi and Grosseto quickly.
