A historic 15th-century townhouse in the Gothic style, restored over the years by local craftsmen and artists; its 8 guest rooms now combine modern hotel standards with Gothic architecture, medieval red sandstone walls, light oak floors, high ceilings, and stained-glass windows. Another 11 rooms are located in the adjacent 19th-century palace, which was built in the early Modernist Spanish style and has also been carefully restored.

Townhouses restored with great elegance and attention to detail, embodying Mallorca’s history; the main building was constructed as early as the 15th century and is characterized by the Gothic style, while the neighboring house, built in the early Modernist style in 1889 by a merchant family, is just a few minutes’ walk from Alcúdia’s medieval old town, with its narrow alleys, the lively bustle of the market square, and many restaurants and tapas bars.
