The host family Fink, which owns the house now in the fourth generation, has converted it into a hotel with excellent cuisine. The hotel was opened as recently as June 2023. 9 modern suites in a centuries-old arched-roof house in the center of Brixen; the historic building was carefully restored in 2023, with great emphasis placed on preserving the building’s historic character, Bay windows and frescoes were carefully uncovered; the suites are furnished in a clean, minimalist, yet thoughtful design, and the interior underscores the building’s monastic atmosphere. During the renovation, the focus was entirely on sustainable and eco-friendly materials such as lime plaster, quartz paints, and locally sourced reclaimed wood.
