Sport & Leisure: Wide range of activities in the magical Indian Ocean
Guests can wear themselves out in the free in-house gym, before relaxing at the spa, with some yoga or by the pool. But the Indian Ocean itself provides the best and most exciting leisure activities on the island. The underwater world is rich in marine life. During diving or snorkelling trips you’ll discover beautiful corals, turtles, small sharks and uncountable colourful fish species, which the resident marine biologist will happily tell you more about at the island’s Marine Centre. There are also many other water sports available to try, including kayaking, canoeing, wakeboarding, water skiing and surfing, either with an instructor or independently. Excursions to nearby islands and deep sea fishing trips are also possible, both with a traditional dhoni boat or motor yacht.

Far from the smog and noise of the city, the 350m-long by 300m-wide island is around 25 minutes from the international airport via speedboat.
