24 individual rooms spread over 4 different cottages in a small village of 200 inhabitants in France, each room is uniquely designed and influenced by traditional architecture, stone walls, old wooden beams and gold framed mirrors, French antiques and freestanding bathtubs alternate in the rooms with red velvet curtains and Asian antiques, many are the owners' memories of their travels around the world, but common to all the rooms is the colour scheme that allows all shades of red wine colours to play with each other
Winery Hotel
150 hectares of land owned by the owners in the vast Languedoc countryside in the vineyards of Chateau Castigno, only organic wines are grown, there is a truffle forest, wine tasting, guided tours of the vineyard and cooking classes can be organised
Gourmet Hotel
There are no less than 3 restaurants to discover in this small hotel: The Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant La Table serves French haute cuisine with a focus on seasonal dishes; the Asian-inspired Le Thai combines the lightness of southern France with Thai cuisine; and the charming Le Petit Table is dedicated to the flair of the village square, serving traditional bistro cuisine and grilled dishes over an open fire.
