21 individual rooms, spread across 4 different cottages in the heart of a small village of 200 inhabitants in France; each room is uniquely designed and characterised by traditional architecture, with stone walls, reclaimed wooden beams and gold-framed mirrors, whilst French antiques and red velvet curtains are interspersed with Asian antiques, many of which are mementoes from the owners’ travels around the world; what all the rooms have in common, however, is the colour scheme, which allows all the shades of burgundy to blend harmoniously together
Winery Hotel
The hotel has 150 hectares of land; set amongst the expansive countryside of the Languedoc, in the heart of the Château Castigno vineyards, the owners produce exclusively organic wine, wine tastings, guided tours of the vineyards, vineyard safaris and ‘Become a Winemaker’ workshops can be organised
Gourmet Hotel
There are no fewer than three restaurants to discover at this small hotel in the heart of the village of Assignan: Asian flavours meet creative bistronomy and local culinary traditions, each restaurant captivates with its very own atmosphere and invites you on a culinary journey through the Languedoc.
