The bourgeois town house was originally built around the 1889's. The hotel building was purchased by Yilmaz Ulusoy Holding in 2010 and started a brand-new spring in its story. Yilmaz Ulusoy transform the building into a hotel with a respectful approach to history and nature, preserving the historical texture of the building, which was restored with the principle of repairing the original without damaging the artistic value.
