Wellness: Relaxation in a steam bath and Finnish sauna

The spa area of the Akra Barut hotel is around 4.500m² in size and includes a Finnish sauna, a steam bath and Hammam. Here, guests can enjoy massages, facial treatments, manicure and pedicure, cosmetic treatments, scrubs and therapies. A little something extra for personal well-being can also be found in the on-site hairdresser and beauty salon. The hotel has a large indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a fitness room with modern equipment and courses for pilates and yoga, as well as a tennis court.

The hotel rooms are elegant and modernly furnished with parquet floors and mostly decorated in white, beige and brown tones. All the rooms have large balconies of which one either has a view of the sea or the historic centre of Antalya. There are several suites to choose from in addition to the 28 m² standard rooms for single or double occupancy, including the 60 m² large Mediterranean suites. The hotel’s services, which are offered for single travelers, families and business travelers, are very extensive and include services such as valet parking, a free evening entertainment, child care, cleaning, and a postal service.

Beach Hotel: Its own private stretch of beach and sea views from the cliffs

The resort is built on a cliff on the outskirts of Antalya. A private beach where you can sunbathe or swim in the Mediterranean Sea is part of the complex. Also from many of the rooms, the garden and the terrace, guests enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available. More public beaches such as the Konyaalti and Lara beach are about 10 km away.

Next to the cosy and exquisite Brasserie in the lobby there are 4 further bars perfect for a drink or a small meal: the pool bar, lobby bar, patisserie and snack bar.

You can relax in the spa area of the Akra Barut with sauna, Hammam and steam bath. In Antalya, holiday-makers can expect not only archeological attractions such as Hadrian’s Gate or the Roman Arapsu Bridge, but also plenty of shopping and exciting nightlife in bars, restaurants and discos. Akra Barut is located in the quiet city outskirts in the village of Akra, which lies on the edge of the Turkish city of Antalya. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel. From here there are links which take approx. 3 km to reach downtown Antalya. The international Antalya airport is about 15 km away. In the backdrop of this coastal region you will find the Bey Mountains about 25 km away, where you can not only walk, but in winter explore the Saklikent ski centre and go skiing.
