Luxury Hotel: Oriental splendour and modern design
Across the total of 60 rooms there features 30 superior and deluxe rooms, 20 junior suites, 6 deluxe suites and 4 private villas with one or two bedrooms, a private pool, garden and 24-hour discreet butler service. The famous French designer Jaques Garcia united Moorish style with modern design and has created a sensual interior with high-quality furniture in wood, leather, silk and velvet. The furniture and the decor were designed specifically for the Selman Marrakech hotel. All rooms have a desk, telephone, free high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a kettle for tea or coffee, mini-bar and room safe. In each of the separate bathrooms there are bathtubs and showers, bidets, bathrobes, hairdryer and deluxe bath amenities facilities inclusive.
Wellness Hotel: Sauna, beauty and fitness
Across 1,200m² the Espace Vitalité Chenot Spa, run by Dominique Chenot, offers a place for relaxation and regeneration. A central pool is surrounded by 7 treatment and 4 hydrotherapy rooms. In addition to these facilities there are also saunas, a Moroccan hammam, massage jet pools, fitness and relaxation rooms, two heated pools and a jacuzzi available. Guests can enjoy medical, wellness and aromatic massages which are offered in the spa or on request in your own room. The beauty salon provides classic treatments, anti-ageing treatments, wraps and baths using innovative products by Henri Chenot. You can also enjoy cardio, yoga and pilates classes with a personal trainer if you wish to.
Romantic Hotel: A dream in soft gold, crisp red and warm chocolate tones
All rooms, suites and villas are tastefully bathed in Moorish design features and decorated with complimenting bold and subtle shades. There are suites and villas with a private pool or fireplace. The Spa Suite even has its own steam room. On request, all rooms are equipped with romantic decorations such as candles, rose petals, chocolate and champagne. The hotel also offers romantic arrangements: candlelight dinners, carriage rides or balloon trips.
Food & Drink: Breakfast buffet, exquisite restaurants and 3 bars
The Selman Marrakech serves a breakfast buffet as well as an à la carte option, both of which can be served in the room on request. There is also a continental and American breakfast on offer if you prefer. In each of the 3 restaurants guests can seek out further sustenance; choose between the restaurant "Le Selman" with its international cuisine, the "Le Pavillon" with Mediterranean cuisine and the "Assyl". The culinary options all feature light and healthy organic food to aid diet and digestion. In each of the 3 bars you will find an atmospheric ambiance which offers the perfect way to round off an evening of gastronomic delights. The "Selman Bar" also opens out onto a large terrace where, as like at the large "pool bar", guests can dance the rest of the night away.
Sports & Leisure: Spa, horseback riding and golf
As well as the 3 heated outdoor pools, a 75-metre swimming pool and a jacuzzi provide healthy exercise and relaxation. On the palm-fringed pool and in the garden there are also comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas available. The textile saunas (Finnish and Turkish baths) and the gym can be used free of charge. A special feature of the Selman Marrakech is the on-site stables with 16 thoroughbred horses running free; enjoy horse riding in the mountains or in the desert on request. Nearby, there is also a bike rental service, a swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool and three golf courses.
Kids Club: Selman Kids
Selman Marrakech offers a daily kids club from 9 to 12 a.m. and 2 to 5 p.m. “Selman Kids” is for children between 4 and 12 years and has a wide range of games and recreational activities. Decorated in vivid colors and furnished child-friendly, the Kids Club is located next to the hotel’s own stables offering children exiting discoveries.
