70s revival, unobstructed lake views and a modern bathhouse where you can just relax. A little tip: the current suite, built in 1973, was the favourite room of the owner, Anna, who liked it so much that she lived here herself.

Design Hotel
The visionary South Tyrolean architect, Othmar Barth, transformed the forms of the landscape into a building, with a curved façade, contrasting with the straight lines of the 1970s inside, with an open staircase, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and white loggias in the common rooms, the purist interior was also designed by Barth and made by local designers and craftsmen, the restoration has largely preserved and restored the originals, partly complemented with contemporary Italian design objects, mainly by Gervasoni, Moroso and Artemide, the modern bathhouse and the restoration of the main house was organised by the architect Walter Angonese
Lake Hotel
Situated on the shores of Lake Kaltern, with a lakeside terrace, private sunbathing lawn, bathing jetty and boat dock, the peaks of the South Tyrolean mountains towering in the background, picturesque vineyards bordering the hotel grounds, water sports equipment available including SUPs, pedalos, rowing boats and kayaks
Spa Hotel
A modern, polygonal, 250 square metre bathhouse on the shores of the lake, harmoniously integrated into the landscape next to the hotel building, with a chic, 20-metre outdoor swimming pool in the garden, a light-flooded relaxation room, Finnish sauna (90°), Bio Sauna (65°) with infrared heaters and whirlpool in the courtyard
