Ski Hotel: Fantastic ski resort, transfer to slopes
Zannier Hotels Le Chalet is located just 1km from the ski resort of Megève. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the slopes. Beginner to tough intermediate slopes extend across the ski area, between 1,113 and 2,353 meters above sea level. The pistes are mainly red and blue, though there are also a few black runs and extensive cross-country skiing trails through forests and fields. Skis and snowboards can be rented at the hotel, which can also arrange ski passes. Naturally, there are also ski storage facilities and ski lessons can be arranged. Megève is a fairytale winter sports destination, offering plenty of après-ski fun, first-class dining and exclusive shopping.

Guests can choose from between 4 suites, 4 junior suites and 2 double rooms each in the deluxe and prestige categories. Decorated in rustic Alpine-style, the rooms and suites offer minimalist charm combined with high quality furnishings, fine fabrics, the latest technology and plenty of space. Lots of natural dark wood and cozy sitting areas create a homely atmosphere, but with exclusive touches. Eating & Drinking: Gourmet restaurant, afternoon tea and cocktail bar
The hotel offers half board à la carte and a rich breakfast buffet in the La Ferme de mon Père restaurant. Breakfast can be served in the rooms and suites on request. Michelin-starred chef Julien Burlat serves authentic, as well as creative alpine cuisine using regional and seasonal produce both mornings and evenings. The lounge and wine bar offer a relaxed atmosphere with subtle background music and a crackling fire. Every day at 16.00, the hotel’s confectioner serves tea in the lounge, together with his delicious pastries. In the evening, it is the turn of the bartender to surprise guests with unusual cocktail creations in the cozy natural wood surroundings.
Boutique Hotel: Intimate atmosphere and rustic design
Zannier Hotels Le Chalet, built in 2011, was awarded "France’s Best Ski Boutique Hotel" in 2014. The unusual design - entirely of wood and with natural stone walls - and rustic yet pure decor in the suites and rooms convinced both jury and guests. The ’sophisticated simplicity’ design concept makes for a homely and traditional atmosphere, which harmonizes modern, open fireplaces, bright furniture made from fine materials, king-size beds, Egyptian cotton linens and LCD TVs. The generously sized and airy rooms and suites feature free Wi-Fi, minibars with complimentary mineral water and an integrated sound system. Even the wooden-style bathrooms are very spacious and equipped with baths, showers, bathrobes and toiletries.

The hotel is located in a quiet side street, about 1km from the idyllic mountain village of Megève in the French Alps. The nearest international airport is in Geneva, Switzerland. The drive to Zannier Hotels Le Chalet takes about 90 minutes. The hotel offers a transfer service. It also offers pick-ups and drop-offs at the nearby Saint-Gervais-les Bains/Le Fayet train station.
