The day in Sardinia at the Lanthia Resort begins with a buffet breakfast in the hotel's own restaurant. Typical of the island, it is made up of the products of the Sardinian art of baking bread. The Pani Artistici are accompanied by Pecorino Sardo in various degrees of ripeness, fine sausage specialities and pickled vegetables. For lunch and dinner, the restaurant of the Lanthia Resort also offers refined Sardinian cuisine, from spaghetti with seafood to tender lamb with herbs and mullet in marsh grass. The menu also includes specialities such as sebadas, pecorino cheese fried in puff pastry with honey. The Lanthia Resort's wine cellar has 200 different types of wine to choose from. Guests can also take part in wine tours and tastings.
