Under the direction of head chef Miguel Laffan, the young team of chefs at the L’AND Vineyards Resort cooked up their first Michelin star in 2014. On the menu you’ll find an imaginative range of gourmet creations with a Mediterranean flourish. The cuisine is light, made from the freshest ingredients and expertly arranged on the plate. Real works of art that almost look too good to eat. But you’ll find them hard to resist! Wash it all down with some fine wines recommended by the expert sommeliers. Perfect!
