What began as a lumberjack's tavern in the 18th century is now a 5-star hotel with a reputation that extends far beyond the Black Forest region. Its 140 rooms are complemented by several restaurants and a modern wellness oasis with indoor and outdoor areas.

The beauty and wellness oasis is the centrepiece of the Traube Tonbach. The indoor area has two swimming pools. A saltwater pool for relaxing and a freshwater pool for swimming. There are also various saunas such as forest and sound saunas, infrared and infusion saunas, a saunarium and a flower steam bath.
