The bay’s beaches are just 200m from the hotel and consist of natural rock plateaus or gravel. They are well equipped - a cocktail bar and a modern beach club ensure guests stay well nourished with a large selection of food and beverages. There are also changing rooms, toilets, a towel counter, beach chair rental and additional staff, including beach concierge and lifeguard. The lush green pine forest provides natural shade. There is bike rental, a bowling alley, 8 outdoor and 4 indoor tennis courts, and even an archery range available on site. Basketball and table tennis are also available. The nearest golf course is approximately 30km away, while water sports such as sailing, fishing, snorkelling, diving and surfing are offered on the beach.
Eating & Drinking: Breakfast buffet and regional specialities
Breakfast awaits guests in the hotel’s main restaurant between 07.00 and 10.00. The large buffet includes fruit, cereal, salads, and hot and cold Mediterranean and continental dishes. The hotel restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with special dietary requirements catered for on request. For lunch and dinner, the Oleander restaurant serves light dishes. Alternatively, lunch and dinner is available at the Burin restaurant, which pampers guests’ palates with regional Istrian specialities such as cured ham, oysters or hand-rolled Fuži pasta with truffles. The Laurel Grill is set away from the hotel amid the Punta Corrente pine forest and is known for its perfectly grilled scampi. There are bars on the beach, by the pool and in the hotel itself.

As well as the natural beaches of the nearby Adriatic, guests can cool down by the hotel’s large saltwater pool and lounge area on hot days. Whirlpools, waterfalls, geysers and massage jets provide for relaxation, while the 25m-long swimming pool will keep active guests busy. There is a separate pool for children, as well as a kids’ club, several playgrounds and special evening entertainment programs. Hotel Eden is located on Lone Bay in Istria, close to Rovinj on Croatia’s largest peninsula. It is just 2km from the city centre. The beach and sea are 200m from the hotel. The site is wonderfully quiet, surrounded by a pine forest and with views of the Adriatic Sea. Some of the trees are more than 100 years old. The nearest train station and airport are 38 miles away in the town of Pula.
