Old and new charmingly combined, the rooms of the boutique hotel are spread over the historic main building with its Wilhelminian flair, romantic mountain huts in rustic log cabin style and the modern houses of the meadow, the latter were built from the wood felled by the Vaia storm, each room is unique, no two rooms are alike, but they all have in common the loving and personal furnishings and the high standard, in and around the hotel guests can admire numerous works of art, such as a wall fresco by Ignaz Stolz

Well-equipped spa area with indoor and outdoor facilities, on 200 square meters guests will find a Finnish sauna, a herbal steam bath, several relaxation rooms and an open fireplace, treatment rooms for massages and beauty treatments, plus a 6x12 m heated swimming pool with sun terrace and sunbathing lawn in the garden area

The Zirmerhof farm in Oberradein in South Tyrol has around 150 hectares of forest, meadows and pastures where active farming is practiced and highland cattle live, there are orchards and even its own vineyard where Gewürztraminer is grown, the products can be bought in a farm store, there is a wine cellar for tastings and the restaurant also uses the food produced in-house
