Behind the delightful sounding, Italian name Canne Bianche you’ll find a small boutique hotel situated right on the Adriatic coast in southern Italy. This attractive new-build houses 55 guest rooms in 4 categories. The rooms all have a contemporary, Mediterranean design, which will instantly make you feel like you’re on holiday. Light, pastel colors like beige, white and different sandy tones, modern furniture, light natural stone and selected country house accessories create a cheery feel. Right outside the hotel, facing the sea, you’ll find a stylish pool with a paved terrace. Just a few steps further and you’ll be able to feel the golden yellow sand of the Apulian coast between your toes. To top it all off the service is very friendly wherever you are, and everything is kept spotlessly clean.
Beach hotel: Golden sand & clear water
The resort’s beach is literally just a short stroll away. Many of the rooms and the large pool in the garden enjoy direct sea views. The little stretch of sand in front of the hotel can be quite narrow at times, but is perfect for taking a dip as the water is crystal clear. In the low season you can enjoy long walks along the water’s edge, for example to the resort of Torre Canne (20 minutes).
Spa hotel: Small spa oasis
The facilities at the Canne Bianche Lifestyle & Hotel include a small but really lovely spa area in the same attractive design as the rest of the hotel. Lots of wood, natural stone and local craftwork create the best setting for the sauna, Turkish steam bath, Jacuzzi and candlelit relaxation room. You can also book massages and spa treatments individually or as a package. Guests can also use the small fitness room which is open all hours.

If you love traditional Italian country cuisine, pick anything off the menu at the hotel’s T_imo Restaurant and you’ll not go wrong. At lunchtime you can enjoy light dishes like delicious pasta with seafood. In the evening choose from a range of gourmet local specialties from grilled freshly caught fish to meat from local farms and vegetables fresh from the market. Before you sit down for your evening meal, call into the lobby bar for an aperitif with finger food. During the day and in the evening you can enjoy here a refined lounge atmosphere with sea views and a range of refreshments, spirits, cocktails and hot drinks.
Leisure & sport: Apulian cooking classes & a diverse fitness program
The Canne Bianche can organize cookery classes for you in the hotel kitchen. The focus is on freshly caught fish and seafood, which are bought from local fishermen.
