This romantic hotel is located in the village of Häusern in the southern part of the Black Forest and has been run by the Zumkeller family for no less than 6 generations. If it is a vacation that will get you near the local German way of life you are looking for then this beautiful 4 star hotel is the place to go.
Schwarzwald Hotel Adler Häusern
The local-style façade with its bulky wooden balconies leaves no doubt that the Adler hotel is all about tradition. And good food, of course. As the only German gourmet restaurant the Adler has held a Michelin star ever since the German version of the best-known European restaurant guide has been published for the first time in 1966. The breakfast, which is equally delicious, is served in the room on request.
