For lunch and dinner you can expect delicious Ore Mountains cuisine, served either in the traditionally furnished dining room or outside on the terrace overlooking the forest. What’s so special about the food here is that it relies heavily on the local area, not just when it comes to the selection of dishes but also where the ingredients come from. All of the main ingredients like meat, fish, vegetables and dairy produce come from local providers that are known personally to the hotel. Everything is made fresh and nothing artificial is added during the preparation and cooking. In the afternoon guests can also enjoy coffee and homemade cake.
