The Relais Borgo Santo Pietro is a small luxury country hotel in the countryside surrounding Siena. The owners of today’s exceptional hotel discovered it in 2001 as a dilapidated farmhouse, and decided to convert it into a magical spot with plenty of passion and feel for the history of the place. Run as a hotel since 2008, it offers 15 guest rooms giving you an authentic journey through the history of Tuscany. Around the historic building extends a perfectly manicured park landscape with fruit and vegetables to supply the hotel kitchen. Each of the rooms is as pretty as a picture and offers the highest standards in mod-cons. Unbeatable services, exquisite country cuisine, a tree house bar and an on-site spa in a traditional style round off a wonderful stay.

Around the property, the typical hilly landscape of Tuscany is dominated by agriculture and the occasional village. Just 10km away you’ll find the start of the Chianti region with its sprawling vineyards. Of particular interest to nature lovers are also the nearby nature reserves Riserva Naturale Alto Merse around the river of the same name, and the Riserva Naturale Farma. To explore the local area you can hire bikes from the hotel, plan horse riding or even book a hot air balloon ride.
