The Lycia Boutique Hotel is spread over two modern houses, which combine contemporary architecture with traditional Turkish elements. The way to the hotel’s 14 suites and junior suites lies across idyllic, sandstone-paved paths, along flowering bougainvillea and tall palm trees. The spacious rooms are decorated in the light, summery style of the Turkish Riviera, complete with bright wooden furniture, colourful hand-knotted carpets and snow-white cotton fabrics. All the rooms have private balconies or terraces with stunning sea views! Without a doubt, the most beautiful views are to be found in the panoramic suites on the top floor: on its terrace one can enjoy the magnificent sea views not only from the sun decks, but also from an outside hot tub. In addition, a perfectly maintained seawater pool with sun beds stylish under large white parasols awaits all guests.
Beach Hotel: four-poster beds in the cove
At the foot of the cliff below the hotel there is a private bathing platform, a small rocky bay. The platform is accessible via a private path directly from the hotel garden. One lies on large, romantic day beds with linen sheets, placed between the rocks. Climb over a bathing ladder to swim and snorkel in the crystal clear waters of the bay. In addition, numerous sand and pebble beaches can be found in and around Kas.
Quiet hotel: away from the hustle and bustle
The Lycia Boutique Hotel lies peacefully at the tip of a small peninsula in front of the small town of Kaş, which attracts a lot of holidaymakers in tourist season. On the headland there are only a few hotels and private villas, so that one is completely free from tourists’ hustle and bustle. At the same time, the town centre can be reached in a few minutes.

The daily breakfast on the terrace is one of the most memorable experiences. It consists entirely of Turkish specialties, most of them homemade. Everything is served in small bowls directly to your table. There are eggs cooked to your taste, freshly squeezed juice and excellent coffee. For lunch and dinner, highly recommendable Turkish cuisine is offered at a small on-site restaurant.
Leisure and sport: relaxing, snorkelling and island excursions
The Lycia Boutique Hotel is perfect for a relaxing break between the pool, the beach and the balcony. However, active vacationers and enterprising are also in good hands here. For example, through the reception team one can organize local excursions and boat trips to the islands off the coast. The surroundings are particularly interesting for scuba divers and snorkelling enthusiasts. The diving area is world renowned for the quality of its water, the shipwrecks and even the remains of sunken ancient cities.

The Lycia Boutique Hotel is located on the rocky shores of a small peninsula south of Kas on the Turkish Riviera. The center of Kaş is 6 km away from the hotel and can be reached easily with an hourly free bus. However, a rental car is recommended to explore the area and its beaches.
