Hotel description
The 5 star hotel Il Falconiere in Italy is a romantic hotel from which you can start out to explore the regions of Tuscany and Umbria. This luxury hotel in Tuscany is nicely set on a hillside beneath the town of Cortona. From here you can easily visit the most important cities of Tuscany, such as Siena, Florence, Assisi, Orvieto und Pienza.
A historic hotel in Tuscany
The history of the 5 star hotel Il Falconiere goes back to the 16th century. Once it was the home of a poet called Antonio Guadagnoli. The noble building has recently been restored with much care and dedication to its historical features, and now is a very romantic hotel with an adorable atmosphere, inside as much as outside.
Tuscany vacations at Il Falconiere
During the day it’s nice to relax at the poolside and indulge in the tasty regional food and wine. Afterwards you can slumber away for a while listening to the birds singing in the air. The romantic Tuscany hotel is run by Silvia und Riccardo Barracchi, a very simpatico young Italian couple. They are deservedly proud of the romantic hotel they have put up, and you can tell they are hosts with all their hearts. This won’t take long to become as clear to you as the water in the 5 star hotel’s neat swimming-pool.
The rooms of the Il Falconiere hotel
The interior designs of the rooms of this romantic honeymoon hotel in Tuscany are composed of old wooden windows, beamed ceilings, wrought iron four-poster beds, and sumptuous country-house-style furniture. The color schemes in connection with traditional red tiled floorings create a nice, smooth light. All rooms at the 5 star hotel Il Falconiere in Cortona boast gorgeous views of the tranquil hilly scenery surrounding the place. And their amenities also come up to the highest demands.
The vineyard hotel Il Falconiere
The Il Falconiere hotel is a classic vineyard hotel in Tuscany producing its own brand and offering on-site wine-tastings. This is what gives the charming honeymoon hotel an extra touch of romance and authenticity. Besides, the restaurant of this Tuscany vineyard hotel holds a Michelin star. And you can sign up for a cooking course to learn the secrets of the famous Tuscan cuisine. As you see, excellent food and drink is always at hand on your Tuscany vacation at the 5 star hotel Il Falconiere.
“Ciao, a l’anno prossimo” This is how you say “Bye, bye, see you next year” in Italian. Keep that sentence in mind, you will need it after having spent a Tuscany vacation at the 5 star hotel Il Falconiere in Cortona, Italy.
