Guests can choose from 45 rooms, divided among the three houses: "La Villa" is the historical heart of the hotel, while the room design in "Il Loggiata" is an homage to the Florentine painters of the 19th century and "Il Villino Spa" is entirely dedicated to the element of water. All rooms also include classic and elegant Italian charm while offering modern comfort. An on-site spa, an outdoor pool and restaurant are also available.
Historic Hotel: Reside in a 14th century villa
The oldest part of the hotel Ville sull’Arno, "La Villa", dates from the 14th century. In 2013 the hotel was completely renovated. Since then, it shines with new splendour, although the old building was of course carefully preserved. Guests will enjoy the historic atmosphere of a Tuscan villa just outside of Florence during their stay.
5 Star Hotel: Modern comfort and on-site spa
All rooms offer guests modern comfort with a minibar, flat screen TV and cable TV with pay-per-view channels. In a separate bathroom with shower or bathtub, slippers are provided. Boutique Hotel: Individual design of the 3 different villas
The three buildings of the hotel Ville sull’Arno are each dedicated to a different theme: The rooms in La Villa are inspired by Goethe’s Italian Journey. They exude the charm of the "land where the lemons bloom" and captivate guests through the use of precious materials such as marble and 18th and 19th century-style furniture. The rooms in Il Loggiata are reminiscent of the Macchiaioli, a Florentine school of painting of the 19th century. The furnishings come in part from this period, and the rooms are equipped with art supplies and decorated with landscape paintings. In contrast, the third villa, Il Villino Spa, is entirely dedicated to the element of water and health and wellness. Each of the rooms has a Whirlpool bath and displays elegant and modern designs.

Hotel Ville sull’Arno is located directly on the River Arno and is only 2 km from the city centre. Even if it is on a main road, it is still relatively quiet since the hotel is located away from the bustle of the city. However, guests can reach significant sights such as the Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria in about 30 minutes on foot. Alternatively, you can also take one of the bikes, which the hotel offers for free, or take the bus, which requires only 10 minutes.
