The incredibly friendly service team is always eager to help you with any needs you may have, from day to day request to your more unusual wishes, such as a personal shopping adviser, finding a limousine or an individual city tour. Guests can also use the fitness room in the partner hotel Opera (50 m away) with a sauna and a view over the rooftops of Madrid.
