Cozy and incredibly chic: Since its recent restoration, the medieval façade has been home to a luxury hotel in a class of its own. Whether it's the hanging chair swing in the bathroom, the flowery wallpaper in the restaurant or the unique infinity pool in the roof structure with a view of the cathedral - every detail is a real hit and inspires anew.
