In 2006 the family Pieri acquired and lovingly renovated the historical villa on the gulf. The 27 rooms are outfitted with individually selected furnishings and boast spacious terraces and balconies, surrounded by palm, pine and eucalyptus trees. With close proximity to the fine sandy beach and a spa, the hotel offers luxurious relaxation. A swimming pool and hammam are also available to guests.

The Hôtel Demeure Les Mouettes offers a wellness area which is available to guests free of charge. The 50 square metre spa includes a Jacuzzi and a hammam. Furthermore, massages are offered as well as various treatments for body and soul. In addition, hair removal by qualified personnel is available upon prior reservation.

Located in a 19th century beach residence, the hotel is located directly on a fine, sandy beach on the Bay of Ajaccio. Not only do you have the sounds of the sea at night; the nearest beach is just a few hundred metres away from the hotel. The beach is called Plage du Trottel and offers an intimate atmosphere for bathers. At the sea there are several water sports to choose from, and boat rental is also available nearby.
