As its name suggests, the Sport Hotel Sillian is located in the East Tyrolean Dolomites, more specifically in the Austrian Dolomites, a few kilometres from the Italian border. This modern 4 star hotel especially lends itself to sports enthusiasts and families. In winter the local ski area offers skiers as well as snowboarders (in the Yellowsnow Park) excellent conditions. In the summer you can take unforgettable mountain walks from the hotel. If you like tradition then you will feel comfortable in the guest rooms: the furnishings create a typical mountain atmosphere with pine wood furniture, colourful floral patterns and crisp white linen sheets. The highlight is however the 3,000 m² spa with an indoor and an outdoor area.
Wellness Hotel: pure bathing pleasure for young and old
The pool and spa facilities at Sporthotel Sillian are designed for the relaxation of adults and children side by side. The indoor pool has a glass wall separating the adults from the children’s pool area. There is also an outdoor pool with a large slide, a natural swimming pond and a pool for small children. Also on offer are full sauna facilities, including a great hut sauna. Upon reservation, massages, beauty treatments and organic cosmetics are offered.
Ski Hotel: Walk to ski lift
The ski lift is just a few minutes away via a tunnel which passes under the road. The local Alta Pusteria ski area is neither too large nor demanding, making it ideal for families and beginners. The hotel also offers all the services needed for a relaxing ski holiday with the whole family, such as ski lessons and ski hire on location.
Family Hotel: Child Friendly in all areas
The concept of the Dolomiten Residenz Sporthotel Sillian is to provide a tailor-made family holiday in the mountains. Children are not only welcome, but also planned for in every respect, for example in the cozy family rooms for up to 4 people (with baby equipment on request), in the pool area and in the restaurant. In winter, children’s ski lessons are offered. The kids club is open for children aged from 3 years all year round.

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant consists of a rich breakfast buffet with a balanced range of sweet and savoury products. At Lunch, a buffet of soups and light snacks is provided. In the evening one chooses between tasty Austrian 5-course menus and changing themed buffets.

The Dolomiten Residenz Sporthotel Sillian is located in the Eastern Tyrol Sillian overlooking the beautiful mountain scenery of Alta Pusteria. Directly opposite (about 50 m) is the bottom station of the Alta Pusteria’s cable cars, where you can reach the skiing and hiking area by cable car.
