Beach Hotel: Sunbathing, swimming and snorkelling
The turquoise sea awaits guests at the resort’s two private sandy beaches. Sun loungers, chairs and umbrellas are provided. A beach restaurant and bar provide for physical nourishment. The Constance Ephelia serves up delicious food in the main Corossol restaurant, as well as 4 others eateries. Guests can book both half- and full-board. Corossol starts the day with a rich buffet breakfast - including continental, hot and cold dishes - while in the evening it serves international cuisine from various different cooking stations. Lunch at the Helios restaurant consists of a Mediterranean buffet. Adam & Eve is also open for lunch and serves Asian cuisine. Two à la carte restaurants are located on the northern beach: Cyann serves fine French cuisine and Asian creations, while Seselwa offers Creole specialities and fresh seafood. All the restaurants also feature a bar area. Meanwhile, live performances take place at Zee Bar in the evenings.
