Historic Hotel: City villa overlooking the Spree
The villa, built in 1864, is part of the historic "Bolle Meierei" ("Bolle Dairy"), which once supplied milk to all of Berlin. The ABION Villa Suites offer a relaxing waterside atmosphere, overlooking the Spree, the waterfront promenade and passing ships. The location is central, yet very peaceful. Breakfast is served in the modern breakfast restaurant "Alte Meierei" ("The Old Dairy") à la carte and as a buffet. Room service can also deliver breakfast to the rooms upon request. A regional breakfast with cold and warm dishes made with certified organis products is a true delight for the palate. The "Lanninger Restaurant" with its adjoining smoker’s lounge is open in the mornings, afternoons and evenings, and serves creative culinary delicacies in the old Berlin tradition with an innovative twist. The "Lanninger" is designed in a striking conservatory style. During the warmer months, the restaurant’s terrace is open and treats diners to a magnificent view of the Spree and the passing ships. Guests have a choice between 4 different room categories: the 6 Executive double rooms have a tasteful walnut interior, combined with bright fabrics and a view of the green inner courtyard. For a fee, guests can rent bikes to explore Berlin. There is a jogging and Nordic walking path along the Spree. Tours can be taken from the hotel’s own jetty aboard its yacht Aida. Coach tours are also available nearby. As well as Berlin’s sporting and shopping opportunities, it is mainly its many museums, historic buildings and entertainment venues that draw people to the capital. These can all be reached quickly and conveniently from the hotel.

The Central Station ("Hauptbahnhof") is just one S-Bahn station from the hotel and Tegel Airport is roughly 7 km away.
