From Monday to Friday guests can take breakfast until 10:30am in the restaurant, and on Saturdays until 11:00. On Sunday, the buffet is served until 12:00. Along with waffles and crêpes there are fine bakery products, elaborate puff pastry tarts and omelettes. The buffet also serves fresh fruit, jam, assorted cheeses and ham specialities. Guests can order lunch and dinner daily between 12 noon and 22:30 in The Restaurant by Pierre Baltahzar, which mixes the best of French, Italian and Thai influences. The café is the perfect spot to taste the delicious cakes served with afternoon coffee. In the bar cocktails are skillfully prepared according to your individual requirements by the bartender Fabrizio who is happy to explain the differences between the many varieties of gin stocked behind the bar. The bar is open from 11pm to 2am.
Sports & Leisure: Large wellness area on the top floor
On the 23rd floor of The Brussels Hotel the expansive Urban Spa & Fitness is spread across 250 m² and features great views of the city. Guests are welcome to use the spa daily for free between the hours of 06:30 and 22:30. It includes a Finnish sauna, a Hammam and a fitness room. The hotel staff offers all kinds of facial and foot reflexology treatments. In the vicinity of the hotel there is plenty more to discover in terms of wellness with the nearby sauna and fitness centre.
