Good to know

  • The Alpe di Siusi is closed to private cars during the day. On the day of arrival and departure, hotel guests receive a special permit and can park their car in the hotel's underground car park.

When it comes to location, the Icaro is second to none. Situated directly on the Alpe di Siusi, it is completely isolated, surrounded only by clouds and the rugged peaks of the Dolomites.     Impressive house with 29 rooms and suites, from afar the house impresses with its striking architecture of interlaced larch wood, as well as the wing-shaped roof, the former refuge was stylishly renovated, combining ancient architecture with modern design, the interior surprises with lively design, unconventional shapes, colourful design and contemporary artworks, thanks to large windows the view to the outside of the Alpe di Siusi is a strong focus, the house was designed by MoDus Architects
