Exclusively freshly prepared dishes made from local ingredients appear on the menu, from hearty fish soup to Kiel Sprats all the way to steak from Holsteiner cows. Even the salad dressing, available in several variations, is made in-house. Above and beyond this, there is a cozy fireside bar and a bistro in the wellness area serving small delicious snacks in addition to tea and juice.
Athletics & Leisure: Forest running, bike riding and golf
The hotel’s location is perfectly suited for athletic activities in fresh air. The service team has plenty of helpful tips and is happy to provide active support. In the neighboring forest there are wonderful jogging routes. Biking or inline skating is possible on the nearby Baltic Sea dike; bicycles are available to rent from the hotel.
