Nestled in the unspoilt palm landscape with direct access to the sea, the Hotel Campo Bahia was built to be the living quarters for the German national football team for the FIFA World Cup 2014 in Brazil and it pulses with a special energy, its magical effect already knew the Native American Indian population. Beach Hotel: Secluded location by the Atlantic
The Hotel Campo Bahia is a nature and sports resort on the East Coast of Brazil. Situated near Santa Cruz Cabrália in a magnificent secluded location, it offers 13 fully equipped villas with a total of 68 rooms. The hotel boasts direct access to the fine, sandy beach by the Atlantic, where there is a beach volleyball court as well as boat moorage. Sun loungers, parasols and towels are also provided. There are numerous water sports facilities in the vicinity. Sailing, surfing, kite surfing, deep sea fishing, boogie boarding, scuba diving, water skiing, as well as canoeing, fishing and boat tours will make a holiday here one to remember. The hotel is nestled in the unspoilt palm tree forest. To make room for the hotel, trees were transplanted instead of being cleared away. The peacefully situated villas contain a master bedroom, their own living room and up to 5 further bedrooms with en-suite facilities on a maximum area of 420 m². There is a butler, chef, and child-minding service available to guests in the villas. The patios are equipped with up-to-date modern technology, air conditioning, telephone, desk, separate seating area, bathrobes, slippers, high-quality cosmetic products in the bathroom, hair dryer, a selection of pillows and sound insulation. There is an evening-time turndown service, and wifi is available at no extra charge in all areas. A flatscreen TV, a safe, and free newspapers are available in the lobby.

In the afternoons and evenings, exquisite Brazilian dishes are provided by the resort’s German star chef in the "Churrascaria". The restaurant pampers its guests with modern Euro-Asian cuisine with Bahian influences, vegetarian dishes, and upon request, diet meals. During the day, the snack bar provides small meals and the pool bar invites guests to sample its top of the line drinks.
Sport & Leisure: Swimming, fitness and sightseeing
In addition to the quiet, sandy beach on the hotel’s doorstep, sports and fitness facilities can also be found throughout the spacious resort complex. A 700-metre-squared outdoor pool with a jacuzzi is available for swimming lengths and a personal trainer is available upon request in the free fitness studio to provide guests with advice and assistance. Another free fitness studio, the World Cup sports field, an 18-hole golf course, a marina, and all kinds of water sports are available nearby. For an extra charge, massages can be performed in the rooms. Further attractions include day trips to the Coroa Vermelha Cross and the Museum of Brazilian Indigenous People. Cabrália is where the Portuguese explorer Pedro Álvares Cabral first landed in Brazil in 1500. It is also home to numerous shops and an entertainment district.
Location: Between the sea and a palm tree forest
The idyllic, secluded location of the Campo Bahia, 6 km outside the town of Santa Cruz Cabrália, offers tranquility and solitude. To get to the hotel, guests have to cross a river by ferry. It takes roughly 45 minutes to reach the hotel from Porto Seguro airport, which is serviced by a free shuttle provided by the hotel.
