Junior Sales Manager Hotels (m/f)

We are currently looking for a full time Sales Manager (m/f) to support our team in Berlin.
What you can expect
Your responsibilities will include looking after and communicating with our existing hotel partners, as well as recruiting new hotels in order to help us grow in new and relevant markets.
Requirements:
- You hold a degree or apprenticeship in a tourist-related field
- Ideally, first-hand experience in sales, as a key account or similar
- Negotiating skills and assertiveness
- Love of sales and consultancy
- A great communicator with excellent phone manner
- Self-responsible, goal-oriented working style
- Friendly, open personality
- Native German speaker (spoken and written)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Any additional language (Spanish, French or Italian) is a huge advantage
- Interest in tourism, hotels, internet, online
- Good knowledge of MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition and maintenance of new partner hotels
- Research: Search for new hotels that suit our requirements
- Contact: Written initial contact and telephonic follow-up
- Negotiation: Presenting our benefits and concluding contracts
- Handover: Coordinating follow-up steps as part of the team
- Marketing optimization through close co-operation with the marketing department
- Advising existing partner hotels regarding our marketing strategy
- Sales optimization through key account management
