This is a very attractive hotel but its size makes it very impersonal. I had a very modest room (at a not very modest price) which was perfectly adequate and had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. There was no safe in the room which was surprising as I have stayed in much lower priced hotels and had at least a small safe. Breakfast was a serious treat. At checkout I was advised that I had consumed two bottles of wine. I am teetotal! This was annoying as I had not been near the mini bar but these items were removed quickly from my bill without fuss. A colleague left her coat behind in the hotel. We were certain we would be able to rescue this later but the hotel staff were disinterested and claimed it could not be found.

Great room at the Lady’s floor and with small gifts from Dior. I will pick this room again next time I go to Oslo. Great breaksfast.
